Products once sold cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged; returns for damaged items are accepted within 1 day from the date of delivery. We will arrange for the return pick-up and promptly initiate a refund to the customer once the product is collected. Please note that a replacement will only be provided if the item is found damaged upon arrival at the dispatch address stated on the bill, and all claims for damaged items must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery, accompanied by an opening video for verification.

We dispatch ready-stock products within one day from the date of payment. Once the courier service picks up the order, transit typically takes 5 to 6 business days for deliveries outside of Tamil Nadu.
