At Veena Murali Decors , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns for Damaged Items: 

Products once sold cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Returns for damaged items are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery. We will arrange for the return pick-up and initiate a refund to the customer once the product is picked up. Replacement will only be provided if the item is found damaged upon arrival at the dispatch address stated on the bill. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 12  hours of delivery, accompanied by appropriate photographs.

Responsibility of Delivery:

We bear the responsibility of delivering the product to the specified destination. Prior to further transportation, customers are advised to inspect the items for any physical damage. However, all subsequent transportation, whether domestic or international, becomes the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy:

Full payment refunds are applicable in case of a damaged product or failure of delivery. Refunds are not applicable if the failure of delivery is due to incorrect address or contact numbers provided by the customer.

Payment and shipping charges (Indian Post) from the customer end will be refunded. Replacement will only be offered if the item is found  damaged upon arrival at the dispatch address stated on the bill. Claims must be submitted within 12 hours of delivery with appropriate photographs. All further transportation, domestic and international, is the customer's responsibility. Prior to ferrying items further, customers are advised to inspect them for physical damage. Full Payment Refunds are applicable in case of damaged product or failure of delivery (Refunds Not Applicable for the failure of delivery due to incorrect address/contact numbers provided by the customer).

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before the product is shipped. The entire order amount will be refunded. Mode of Payment We don’t have Cash On Delivery. 

Payment can be made by Paytm/Google Pay/UPI/Bank Transfer.
